3. Vendor migration strategy. While this falls under vendor lock-in, what are some hidden costs and concerns that can negatively impact an organization or it&#039;s operations?

4. Policy and governance of confidential and intellectual property. Should some information never touch the cloud and how does that impact an organization&#039;s overall cloud computing strategy?]]></description>
